we have similar signs here for ducks, wombats, kangaroos and even koalas!
ReplyDeleteMy training has ramped up a gear, but sadly my cannondale is still having issues with the front end and looks as if ( after 5 years of riding) the front stem ( fork) will be sent away for a rebuild.
So i am using my cannondale Synapse road bike 4 days a week! :o)
I need to ride more during the week, ie two more times. I go on Saturday and Sundays but that's about it.
ReplyDeletesame for me pretty much but i am trying to get out sat, sun, wednesday and one other. but its difficult if you work 6 days a week
