The Woodland Trek

At the top of Croham Hurst in South Croydon on the Woodland Trek
Another sweltering hot day so I took off at 1825hrs on a woodland trek, my half streets/half woods cycle that takes in some pretty hefty hills, especially one big off-road hill to the top of the woods. It took about an hour in total, including a little rest period at the top of the woods.

    I have ridden in 45c temp....I drank 3 litres of water in an hour!

    It's hot over here at the moment, a bit like the summer of 76, but we're not complaining, we had a bad winter. Nowt better than cycling in the summer.
